CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
Purchases made from 10th December 2018 can be returned for a refund in line with the normal returns policy requirements until 7th January 2019.
Items returned after this date will not be eligible for a refund, and can be returned to you or offered as a credit note to use on the website.
Any orders made before 10th December will not be
covered under this policy and will be under our normal returns policy below. This is a strict policy and not negotiable.
No problem! Please return your unwanted item to us
within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
We unfortunately can not offer an exchange on the item you wish to return.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.
You do not need to notify us of your return, however we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
We do not offer free or prepaid returns.
Please fill in the details on your packing sheet enclosed inside your parcel. If you have lost your packing sheet, you can pop a note in your parcel, with your full name telephone number and address along with the description fo the items you are returning.

We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible.
Please email email@example.com with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours with the link to create a free returns label.
