Has my order been successful?

When your successful order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address given when the order was placed. 

Can I amend my order?

Once your order has been placed unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes to the item / sizes on the order.

The following methods of payment are accepted on our website

Will I be charged any import / customs duties?

The price of the items ordered with Bows Boutiques do not include any customs or import duties. Do please be aware this will vary depending on the country in which the parcel is being delivered.

You may be required to pay customs / import duties when you accept delivery of the items from your courier. Should you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items back to Bows Boutiques.

If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

For customers outside of the European Union you will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt.

Why has my order been refunded / cancelled?

Due to demand, at times our item can sell out very quickly. In some cases due to such high demand an item you have ordered may suddenly become available. We do apologise should this happen and the cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order.

If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

What currencies do you accept?

All orders placed on the Bows Boutiques website are in pound sterling.

How do I track my order?

You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

What happens if I’m not in when the parcel is being delivered?

This can happen at times in which the delivery company may leave your parcel with a neighbour. They will also leave a calling card letting you know they have attempted delivery and where you can collect your parcel.

What time can I expect delivery?

UK Delivery

For orders placed on a next day service deliveries can be made anytime between 9am and 6pm.

For orders placed on free delivery or standard shipping deliveries can be made anytime between 7am and 6pm.

Deliveries to Europe / Rest of World

Bows boutiques are unable to guarantee a delivery date for international parcels. This will be the responsibility of the carrier once the item has been collected and dispatched form our warehouse.

Please note that delivery times will vary depending on the destination for customers in Europe and the rest of the world.

Returns

 

How long do I have to return an item?

Should you need to return any item from your order please return with 14 days of delivery. You do not need to notify us of your return, however we strongly recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting the order back to us.

We ask that you please take care when trying on your items. Should the return show sign of wear or any tangs have been removed for any reason our returns team will not be able to process your refund.

Please note that should any returned parcels be lost by your chosen courier for return we will not be able to issue a refund.

Do you offer exchanges? 

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges on returns. We do advise that should you need a new size / colour that a new order is placed.

What is your return address?

For online orders only please return to:

Please note that purchases in store cannot be returned to our returns address for refund.

Bows Boutiques do not offer prepaid returns.

I have received an incorrect / faulty item

We do apologise if you have received an incorrect or faulty item. We ask that you please send us a message via the contact us page and we will assist in getting the issue sorted as soon as possible.

If a faulty item has been received you will need to contact our customer care team with 7 days.

Where is my refund?

When your returned parcel is received in our warehouse we aim to have the refund processed within 5 working days. Our returns team are working as quickly as possible to have orders refunded however at busier periods this time may increase slightly.

Once processed you will receive an email to let you know your refund has been issued. All funds will be returned to the original method of payment.

Please note, it can take a further 3-7 days for the refund to show in your bank account. If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to let us know via the contact us page.
